About Me

Ms. Aarti Suri Nandu has done her MA in Clinical Psychology,

Post Graduate Diploma in School Counselling and Career Guidance from SNDT University, Mumbai. Along with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from California Hypnosis Institute, USA.

 

She has been working with people across age groups on a wide range of personal, developmental and mental health concerns for 14+ years.

Her main areas of expertise include Hypnotherapy, Couple/Marital/Family Therapy, Prenatal and Postnatal Counselling, Positive Parenting Skills, Career Guidance, Mindfulness Practices and Therapies for Depression, Anxiety and other emotional and psychological issues.

She has been felicitated by The Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyariji for her contribution toward mental health (offering online free service) pan India, during Covid restrictions.

She is a firm believer in enabling better self understanding and psychological growth through empathy and warmth, leading to the holistic betterment of individuals.
